Build what? Build where?

Plans to raise Anderson Road will put a dike across a portion of the valley.

A planned "conveneince store" will sit on the intersection of State Route 12 and Anderson Road.

Notice the casino inside the yellow oval area.

Will it float?

During a flood one can see where the dike and where the store will be. Does this make sense?
